Christian Minerve has been the monitor of our June’s event at The Hive Saint Pierre. He did a presentation on “Technology and Innovation in the


field of ICT with emphasis on Entrepreneurship” and covered the following points:

  • Internet of things (IoT)

  • Big Data

  • Digital Marketing

Each event organised by The Hive ends up with a networking Session for the purpose of enlarging the contact list of each and every entrepreneurs and participants of the sessions. The events are free and hosted each month either by one member of The Hive or another speaker who wish to share their experiences. Christian Minerve, managing director at PCG IT Solutions Ltd, is one of our first members who joined the community of Saint Pierre in March 2017. Christian Minerve is a holder of a B. Eng (Hons) Computer Engg. And an MBA Spec. Marketing. Mr Minerve has over 15 years of experience in the field of ICT (Software / software development) in multinationals such as Accenture and Ceridian. In doing so, Mr Minerve has worked extensively on international projects in Paris (France), Winnipeg-MB (Canada) and Windhoek (Namibia).

Christian seems to be very shy but he isn’t. he is a  big fan of broadcast documentary, talk shows and recently participated in talent shows with songs and imitations but was discouraged to continue  after rediscovering André Philippe, Gagnon Mickael and Veronic Dicaire. He likes sports such as soccer, athletics, basketball and horse-races. He personally practises gym, swimming and yoga. Very concerned about “Smart Eating /Healthy Eating “, he thinks that our health is in our plate. His favorite plate is fish specially tuna and he’s not a big fan of pipengaille and dry beads. 

 Other things he wanted to share with us:

“I wish the implementation in the near future of: – Crowdfunding to finance social projects (such as to eradicate the problem of the “digital divide”  in Maurice)
‘Business facilitation framework’ for a sector of high value-added Service of kind as what we can serve the African market.
Besides, the development of the country depends on our Human resources and the local companies would have to raise awareness of their employees on the benefits of physical activity on their health!’, Christian Minerve.
