We are proud to have supported a talk event at Nouvelle Usine organized by our members MIPS and MAGNA CARTA in the wake of International Women's Day 2023. The event featured guest speaker Karola Zuel, who discussed premenstrual syndrome (PMS) and its role in stigmatising women in the workplace while contributing to the gender gap.

PMS, which affects millions of women worldwide, is often dismissed or ridiculed as a minor issue, yet it can significantly impact women's productivity and well-being. By shedding light on this important topic, Karola Zuel is doing crucial work to sensitise people to the challenges that women face in the workplace.

We thank MIPS and MAGNA CARTA for organising this talk, and we are grateful to have been able to support them through Powered By THE HIVE.
